Returns Policy:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery on the website.

- Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Upload images of the invoice, product, and packaging when submitting a return request.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Important Tips
- For fragile items like glassware, crockery, ceramic, melamine, and cutlery, please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
- We recommend taking an unboxing video to help us process claims faster if needed.
